Les nouvelles caves du Domaine de Villaine à Bouzeron, domaine de vignerons bourguignons en biodynamie. Baraude Architecture (Givry) a conçu un nouveau bâtiment technique au cœur du village ainsi qu’une cave aux proportions harmonieuses. Le domaine souhaitait qu’elle soit voûtée, et c'est chose faite ! L’architecte a imaginé des voûtes en éléments de béton, fabriquées à distance puis assemblées sur site. Un éclairage indirect et des murs en briques vieillies confèrent à ce lieu tout neuf une atmosphère chaleureuse. Très belle réalisation, née d’un dialogue entre un vigneron passionné et son architecte.
The new cellars of Domaine de Villaine in Bouzeron, a Burgundy estate run by biodynamic winemakers. Baraude Architecture (Givry) has designed a new technical building in the heart of the village, along with a cellar of harmonious proportions. The estate wanted it to be vaulted, and so it is! The architect envisioned vaults made of concrete elements, prefabricated off-site and assembled on location. Indirect lighting and aged brick walls give this brand-new space a warm atmosphere. A beautiful achievement born from the dialogue between a passionate winemaker and his architect.
